The company jointly establishes Chaoyang County's first "Talent Workstation" with Shenyang Chemical.

On February 18, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the "Talent Workstation" between Shenyang University of Chemical Technology and Liaoning Huagao New Materials Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Huazhu Comprehensive Building. Wang Zebin, Deputy General Manager, and Li Shuangming, Vice Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, signed the workstation agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. The ceremony was jointly officiated by Shi Yan, General Manager of the company, and Vice Dean Li Shuangming, who also unveiled the plaque. Leaders from the Organization Department of Chaoyang County Committee and the County Bureau of Science and Technology attended the event.

This station was established as Chaoyang County’s first "Talent Workstation," under the organizational coordination of the County Party Committee's Organization Department and the County Science and Technology Bureau. It also marks another significant milestone in the company’s deepened collaboration with Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, following their groundbreaking "Million-Yuan" partnership agreement signed in the fourth quarter of 2024—and the subsequent acquisition of a university-developed technological achievement valued at 1.2 million yuan: the "Zirconium Tetrachloride Purification Process Development" project. The initiative aims to foster joint efforts in key areas such as cultivating and nurturing college talent, providing internship and training opportunities, and supporting students in their employment and entrepreneurial ventures. By precisely aligning talent supply with industry demand, it seeks to accelerate the practical application and commercialization of cutting-edge university research findings within Chaoyang County. Ultimately, this move is designed to attract more outstanding graduates to choose Chaoyang County as their career destination, encouraging them to settle down, contribute to, and help shape the county’s vibrant future.
