During the meeting, Chen Zhihui, Director of Safety and Environmental Protection, provided a brief summary of the previous year's safety and environmental efforts across the two companies, reiterating the 2025 safety and environmental goals, priority initiatives, and relevant requirements. Additionally, drawing on real-world scenarios from Huazircon and Huaxiang, he delivered an engaging safety production warning session using compelling video case studies. To reinforce learning, attendees were also given a written test at the end of the event, conducted via answer sheets.
Safety and Environmental Protection Director Chen Zhi Kui emphasized that there are no small matters when it comes to safety and environmental protection—every employee must genuinely raise awareness and take full responsibility to ensure the smooth resumption of production at both companies. He instructed all departments and workshops to meticulously implement the requirements outlined in the Liaoning Provincial Department of Emergency Management’s "Notice on Further Strengthening Safety Precautions for the Resumption of Production and Operations at Hazardous Chemical Enterprises After Holidays," aligning their efforts with the chemical industry's "Seven Must-Dos" and "Ten Key Requirements" for restarting operations. Additionally, each unit is encouraged to schedule a workshop-level safety meeting at an appropriate time, conduct a targeted safety awareness session, organize hands-on practical assessments of job-specific operating procedures at the team level, facilitate group discussions among employees to identify potential safety hazards, rehearse emergency response plans tailored to individual roles or workshop-specific scenarios, perform comprehensive risk evaluations for each position, and carry out thorough, unit-wide inspections to uncover any lingering risks or hazards. Finally, all implementation activities—including attendance records, visual documentation, and summary reports—must be carefully documented and archived to provide a clear record of compliance and readiness for resuming production.
