On February 7, the Quality Inspection Department organized a comprehensive quality management training session for more than 40 employees, including quality inspectors, laboratory technicians, and workers from the finishing workshop, held in the multi-purpose hall of the Huazircon Comprehensive Building.
Lu Yu, Deputy Director of the Quality Inspection Department, delivered a product presentation covering aspects such as preparation processes, material properties, and application areas. He emphasized the importance of quality management by sharing real-world quality cases, outlining the evolution of quality management practices, and explaining how to produce high-quality products while highlighting key factors that influence product quality. Additionally, he illustrated the eight core principles of the quality management system, the process-based approach to quality management, system auditing procedures, the company’s quality policy, and its quality objectives—all presented visually through charts and diagrams. The training also addressed practical strategies for enhancing quality awareness, fostering a positive mindset among employees, and examining notable quality-related incidents within the company. Ultimately, the session aimed to inspire continuous improvement and full-team engagement, empowering employees to take greater ownership and enthusiasm in their roles. By doing so, the initiative seeks to elevate the overall quality of products and services, boost customer satisfaction, and help the company maintain a competitive edge in the market.
