On the morning of April 25, the 2024 Supplier, Contractor, and Agent Work Conference for Huazircon and Huaxiang New Materials was held in the multi-functional hall of the Huazircon Comprehensive Building. Representatives from 4 suppliers, 7 contractors, and 12 agents attended the meeting. Senior Deputy General Manager Zhao Dongsheng and other leaders were present, while representatives from relevant management departments—including Safety Management, Environmental Protection Management, Production Management, and Procurement—also participated as observers.
At the meeting, Sales Director Li Yingxin presented an overview of Huazircon and Huaxiang Company’s 2023 production and operational performance, as well as their collaboration with suppliers and contractors. Meanwhile, Safety and Environmental Protection Director Chen Zhihui shared details on the companies’ safety management practices for the same year. Following evaluations of suppliers and contractors conducted by representatives from the management departments, Procurement Department Head Li Youcheng and Equipment Management Department Head Liu Jingxiang jointly announced the results of the qualification reviews for approved suppliers and contractors. Finally, the safety management teams from Huazircon and Huaxiang each signed safety agreements with their respective suppliers and contractors.
Zhao Dongsheng, Executive Deputy General Manager, delivered a keynote speech. He emphasized that, on the journey of corporate growth, Huazircon and Huaxiang have consistently upheld the philosophy of win-win cooperation, placing integrity at the core of their business practices and striving for mutual success as the ultimate goal of collaboration. He underscored that the sustained development of both companies would not have been possible without the steadfast support from suppliers, contractors, and distributors over the years—and highlighted that open communication remains an indispensable tool for fostering truly collaborative, win-win partnerships. This conference aims to provide a dedicated platform for dialogue, enabling participants to strengthen friendships, deepen mutual understanding, and enhance cooperative efforts. Ultimately, we hope to join forces with all stakeholders, working together toward shared growth and prosperity.
The meeting clearly defined the strategic direction for collaborative development, further strengthening partnerships between Huazircon, Huaxiang, and their respective suppliers, contractors, and distributors. It also deepened the breadth and depth of these collaborations, laying a solid foundation for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
