On the afternoon of February 20, the Safety Management Department took the lead in organizing a "2024 Safety Awareness and Education Conference on Resumption of Work and Production" for team leaders and supervisors—along with management personnel at or above the supervisor level—from Huazircon New Materials and Huaxiang New Materials. The meeting was held in the multi-purpose hall of the Huazircon Comprehensive Building. Chairman Yang Hui attended the event and delivered an important speech.
At the meeting, Chen Zhihui, Director of Safety and Environmental Protection, delivered a safety awareness training session, using specific case studies to highlight the purpose of post-restart warning education, outlining safety measures for resuming production after holidays, and discussing workshop (team) safety management practices. Meanwhile, Zhao Dongsheng, Executive Deputy General Manager, drew on actual production scenarios to emphasize the importance of strengthening daily management, enhancing safety oversight, and ensuring smooth operations during the resumption of work and production.
Chairman Yang Hui emphasized in his speech that for the company to survive, thrive, and achieve sustainable growth, it must firmly uphold safety and environmental protection standards. He also briefly outlined the internal challenges within Huazircon and Huaxiang, as well as the intense industry competition and market pressures the company faces externally. He urged all employees to take immediate action—starting with themselves—to embrace the "Three Guarantees": ensuring safe and eco-friendly production, maintaining consistent product quality, and optimizing operational efficiency at low costs. By staying focused, diligently fulfilling their responsibilities, paying close attention to every detail, and proactively addressing potential risks before they escalate, everyone is encouraged to work tirelessly toward boosting both output and quality while cutting down on production expenses. Together, let’s strive to deliver outstanding business results in 2024!
