On August 22, Ning Guojun, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, visited Chaoyang County to inspect talent-related work, during which he conducted an on-site inspection at the company. Liu Li, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department; Liu Lidong, Secretary of the County Party Committee; Chen Chungang, Member of the County Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department; and Ling Yunzhi, Member of the County Government’s Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Chaoyang Liucheng Economic Development Zone, also attended the visit. General Manager Shi Yan welcomed Ning Guojun and his delegation, while Executive Vice General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Zhao Dongsheng accompanied them.
During the inspection, Ning Guojun and his delegation visited the digital control center, the employee activity room, and the Party building office of the United Party Committee for the Nonferrous Metal New Materials Industry, which is located within the company. They thoroughly examined the progress in establishing the provincial-level specialized technology innovation center for HuaZi New Materials, as well as the formation of the industry-wide Party committee and the implementation of a leadership cadre system aimed at supporting and assisting enterprises. Additionally, they discussed employees' living and housing conditions, the availability of highly skilled technical professionals, and the needs and challenges related to attracting and retaining top-tier scientific talent.
Ning Guojun fully affirmed the company's development potential, its comprehensive management capabilities, and its outstanding contributions over recent years in driving regional economic and social growth. He expressed his hope that relevant departments would further implement the municipal party committee's guidelines and initiatives on talent development, closely aligning with the "Phoenix Attracts, Geese Return" talent program. Specifically, he emphasized focusing on initiatives like "Universities Entering Parks and Enterprises," actively launching the "Dual Entry, Dual Promotion" campaign, strengthening communication and collaboration with businesses, reinforcing accountability, and proactively offering support from an early stage. At the same time, he urged leveraging the leading role of Party organizations within industrial chains to inject fresh momentum into corporate growth, ultimately fostering sustainable and healthy business development.
