On August 16, Chen Xinwen, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Shouning County, Fujian Province, led a research team to Chaoyang County for a visit. Accompanied by Zhang Guojin, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Chaoyang County CPPCC, they toured and inspected the premises of Huazhuo and Huaxiang companies. Yang Hui, Chairman of the companies, welcomed Chen Xinwen and his delegation.
The research team visited Liaoning Huaxiang New Materials Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Huagao New Materials Co., Ltd., where they thoroughly examined the production workshops and CNC centers. They gained detailed insights into the companies' operations, production processes, market sales, product applications, R&D activities, and ongoing digital transformation initiatives. As holding subsidiaries of Fujian Shouning Sanxiang New Materials Co., Ltd., these two companies serve as critical nodes in Sanxiang New Materials' industrial chain strategy. Since establishing themselves in the Liucheng Economic Development Zone of Chaoyang County, they have consistently relied on technological innovation to drive high-quality business growth—growing not only into a leading enterprise within Chaoyang County's non-ferrous metal new materials sector but also playing a vital role in strengthening and extending Sanxiang New Materials' supply chain.
Chen Xinwen expressed his delight at the rapid growth of the two companies and extended his gratitude to the local Party committee and government for their strong support. He noted that Chaoyang County boasts exceptional geographical advantages and abundant resources, and he encouraged more Shouning-based enterprises to explore development opportunities here. Zhang Guojin highlighted that Chaoyang County has consistently prioritized optimizing the business environment and providing robust support for corporate growth as its core principles for attracting investment—principles that have already yielded impressive results. The county has successfully established a provincial-level economic development zone and cultivated a distinctive industrial cluster focused on non-ferrous metal new materials, dubbed "One County, One Industry."
