The two companies held a working meeting for suppliers, contractors, and agents.

On July 25, the 2022–2023 Supplier, Contractor, and Agent Work Conference of Huazhu New Materials and Huaxiang New Materials was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Huazhu Comprehensive Building. Representatives from 4 suppliers, 5 contractors, and 7 agents attended the meeting. Also present were Vice General Manager Zhao Dongsheng, Director of Safety & Environmental Protection Chen Zhihui, and Sales Director Li Yingxin. Representatives from relevant management departments—including the Safety Management Department, Production Management Department, Quality Inspection Department, General Affairs Department, Equipment Management Department, Procurement Department, Sales Department, and the Office of the General Manager—also participated as observers.

At the meeting, Sales Director Li Yingxin presented an overview of Huazhuo and Huaxiang Companies' 2022 production and operational performance, as well as their collaboration with suppliers and contractors. Meanwhile, Safety & Environmental Director Chen Zhihui shared insights into the company's safety management achievements for the same year. Following this, representatives from the attending management departments evaluated the suppliers and contractors who worked with the company in 2022. Subsequently, Li Youcheng, Head of the Procurement Department, and Liu Jingxiang, Head of the Equipment Management Department, announced the results of the qualified supplier and contractor qualification reviews, respectively. Additionally, the Safety Management Department signed safety agreements with all suppliers and contractors present.

Executive Deputy General Manager Zhao Dongsheng delivered a keynote speech. He emphasized that whether they are suppliers, contractors, or distributors, all play a crucial role as external resources for the company. He noted that the remarkable achievements Huazircon and Huaxiang have made over the past year would not have been possible without the close collaboration and mutual growth fostered with our valued partners. Zhao underscored that both Huazircon and Huaxiang have always prioritized win-win outcomes as the shared goal and driving force behind their partnership, placing the interests of their collaborators on par with those of the companies themselves. He encouraged both sides to adopt the perspective of the end customer in addressing challenges, paving the way for deeper and more meaningful cooperation that ultimately fuels mutual development. By enhancing communication, upholding integrity and trust, and continuously striving for self-improvement, he urged the parties to build a robust, high-caliber partnership—one that enables them to stand together through thick and thin, supporting each other in navigating the uncertainties and pressures brought about by evolving market dynamics.

The meeting further strengthened the collaborative relationships between Huazircon and Huaxiang Companies with their respective suppliers, contractors, and distributors, driving high-quality development of the two companies' external support systems. This has played a positive role in enhancing the enterprises' overall competitiveness and their ability to withstand risks.
