7 Month 10 On the same day, Vice Governor and Municipal Party Secretary Shan Yi visited Chaoyang County to inspect key initiatives such as project construction, safety production, improvements to rural livelihood projects, and flood prevention preparations. Meanwhile, at the construction site of the Liaoning Xijun Anmei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. project, Shan Yi emphasized to the company’s leadership the importance of firmly establishing a strong safety mindset. While speeding up construction progress and increasing investment intensity, he stressed the need to rigorously fulfill the primary responsibility for safe production, ensuring both construction safety and high-quality engineering outcomes, with the goal of delivering tangible results as quickly as possible.

In Xiawo Village, Yinwo Village, Ershijiazi Village in Ershijiazi Town, and Yutian Village in Dongdatun Township, Shan Yi conducted on-site inspections of the repair work on flood-damaged transportation infrastructure, the post-disaster reconstruction of housing, and preparations for flood prevention. He also carried out a river patrol along the Xiaoling River basin.

Shan Yi emphasized the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on flood prevention and disaster relief, firmly prioritizing the safety and well-being of the people and putting life first.
