On May 8, Jia Zhenyuan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of Dalian University of Technology, led a team to conduct a research visit in Chaoyang County. Accompanied by Liu Lidong, Secretary of the County Party Committee, and Liu Jianchao, Director of the Management Committee of the Chaoyang Liucheng Economic Development Zone, they visited the company for inspection. During the exchange, General Manager Shi Yan provided a detailed overview of the company’s production, operations, management practices, process technology innovations, and future development plans. Jia Zhenyuan emphasized that Dalian University of Technology boasts a wide range of disciplines and expertise across multiple fields. Looking ahead, the university will focus its research efforts on addressing the specific technical needs of the enterprise, fully supporting the company’s drive for high-quality growth while also contributing to the revitalization of rural areas in Chaoyang County and fostering broader, sustainable economic and social development—ultimately achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for the university, enterprise, and local community.
It is reported that, following an inspection tour of enterprises in the park accompanied by Academician Jia Zhenyuan, Liu Lidong, Secretary of the County Party Committee, chaired a "Symposium on Exchange and Cooperation for High-Level Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements between Dalian University of Technology and Chaoyang County." Shi Yan, General Manager, also attended the meeting.
