To better enable young students to connect with their hometown, experience its development and changes, and strengthen their sense of belonging, ultimately helping them identify clear career and entrepreneurial paths after graduation, the Chaoyang County Communist Youth League Committee organized a factory visit for more than 80 vocational high school students on November 27.
As a key enterprise in the Liucheng Economic Development Zone of Chaoyang City, the company has always remained committed to its mission: "Driving innovation and sustainable growth in the zirconium industry while providing employees with a platform to realize their personal and professional aspirations." Guided by the HR philosophy of "genuinely valuing and sincerely supporting talent; wholeheartedly nurturing and thoughtfully deploying talent," we are dedicated to creating an exceptional work environment, comfortable living conditions, and a vibrant atmosphere conducive to learning and growth—ultimately fostering mutual development between the company and its employees. During the visit, staff members thoroughly briefed the young students on the company’s thriving environment, promising career prospects, and specific talent requirements. By touring the production workshops, students gained valuable insights into the production line processes and developed a basic understanding of the operational skills needed—making this experience particularly meaningful for broadening their entrepreneurial horizons and helping them pinpoint their future career paths.
This visit is one of the key activities organized by the County Youth League Committee under the "Youth Innovation 100,000+" initiative, playing a positive role in boosting the company’s visibility and reputation while attracting and nurturing future talent. Wang Wanli, a student from the vocational secondary school, shared: "Today, I was fortunate enough to tour a key enterprise in the county. Although the visit wasn’t long, it marked a breakthrough in expanding our knowledge and helped refine my existing knowledge system even further. I hope there will be more opportunities in the future—perhaps even to work here at this factory. This experience has left a lasting impression on me, and I’m eager to put what I’ve learned into practice."
