On July 3, 2020, the company successfully held its first-ever "HuaZhu Cup" Safety Knowledge Competition of 2020. After a fierce competition, the team from the Finishing Workshop emerged as the winner, while the teams from the Chlorination Workshop and the General Affairs Department took home second and third place, respectively.
In active response to the nation’s Safety Production Month campaign, themed "Eliminate Accident Hazards and Fortify the Safety Defense Line," the Safety & Environmental Protection Department took the lead in organizing this competition. The event featured a variety of rounds, including mandatory questions, rapid-response challenges, hands-on skill demonstrations, risk-based inquiries, and essay-style tasks. Notably, contestants showcased their proficiency by flawlessly completing tasks such as donning and doffing on-site protective gear, mastering the proper use of safety ropes, and performing CPR—all within a set time limit. The entire competition was marked by an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere, successfully achieving its dual goals of promoting learning through competition and encouraging practical application. This initiative has played a vital role in further boosting employees' enthusiasm for learning and enhancing their safety awareness, ultimately contributing to the stable and secure production environment across the company.
