Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Zirconium-Based New Materials Professional Technology Innovation Center was officially established at Liaoning Huagao New Materials Co., Ltd., following recognition by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology. This center is expected to play a vital role in enhancing the company's innovation capabilities, expanding its industrial chain, strengthening its social impact, and fostering sustainable business growth.
The Provincial Technology Innovation Center is a vital component of the province's overall science and technology innovation infrastructure system. It serves as a key platform for technological innovation, playing a central role in developing cutting-edge, foundational technologies, integrating advanced techniques, facilitating the transfer and commercialization of scientific achievements, delivering specialized technical services, nurturing and attracting top-tier innovation talent, and providing an open, technology-driven hub accessible to society at large. Established either independently or jointly by enterprises, universities, research institutes, and other technical organizations across the province, these centers are categorized into Industry-Specific Common Technology Innovation Centers and Specialized Technology Innovation Centers.
Since its establishment, the company has consistently adhered to the principle that "science and technology are the primary productive force," continuously seeking survival and growth through innovation. Over the past few years, the company has achieved remarkable progress in areas such as system building, technological innovation, market expansion, and intellectual property development. It is reported that Liaoning Province's Technology Innovation Centers are nominated annually and reviewed by the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. This year, 62 key laboratories and 43 specialized technology innovation centers were included in the 2022 establishment plan. Notably, the company became the sole enterprise from Chaoyang City to receive provincial-level recognition from the Department of Science and Technology this year, highlighting its robust overall strength and cutting-edge R&D capabilities.
