12 On the 5th, the official website of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the public announcement of the proposed list of provincial-level digital workshops and smart factories for 2022. Liaoning Huaxiang New Materials Co., Ltd. was listed among the digital workshops, becoming the first—and currently the only—digital workshop in Chaoyang County.
To implement the three major strategic initiatives outlined in the Three Major Articles on Structural Adjustment and the Manufacturing Digitalization Empowerment Action Plan—along with other relevant documents—and to accelerate the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued Document No. Liao Gong Xin Liang Hua [2022]153 on August 5, organizing the application process for provincial-level digital workshops and smart factories in 2022, in accordance with the "Provisional Standards for Digital Workshops and Smart Factories in Liaoning Province."
After obtaining the application information, the R&D center assigned dedicated personnel to organize the submission documents and produce a short video, completing a substantial amount of foundational work. Leveraging core digital systems such as ERP, DCS, OA, and Jiandao Cloud, the company has built an integrated platform for management informatization and production digitization.
