On May 20, Lu Guoli, Director of the Chaoyang County Emergency Management Bureau, along with Deputy Directors Liu Wangming and Xu Hongchao, and other relevant personnel, were invited to the HuaZhuo factory to observe and guide an emergency drill. They were accompanied by Vice President Zhao Dongsheng (Executive), Vice President He Zhenjian, and Assistant General Managers Chen Zhikui and Wu Wenpeng.

“Reporting to the Chief Commander, 17 emergency response team members from Huazhu New Materials have assembled and are ready to begin the scheduled drill—please give your instructions,” announced the company’s rescue squad as they stood at attention, their sharp slogans and synchronized steps echoing through the air. “Initiate the drill!” With Chief Commander Chen Zhihui issuing the command, the team members proceeded to carry out four distinct exercises: a formation parade, on-site first aid training, fire rescue simulations, and equipment demonstrations. The atmosphere during the drill was serious yet focused, characterized by seamless coordination and orderly execution. This drill was specifically designed to align with the emergency response needs of Chaoyang County Emergency Management Bureau and the Liucheng Economic Development Zone, aiming to build a highly skilled corporate emergency rescue team—one that can be mobilized instantly and delivers effective results when called upon. Ultimately, the exercise seeks to elevate the company’s overall emergency preparedness and response capabilities.


After the drill concluded, the chief commander Chen Zhi Kui A comprehensive review of the exercise was conducted, highlighting both the achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Director Lu Guoli delivered a concluding speech, noting that the drill was well-prepared, the plan was practical, the procedures were largely sound, and the team demonstrated high competency—effectively achieving the intended goals of strengthening the team, raising standards, and enhancing awareness. This clearly reflects the company’s commitment to thorough employee training and its adherence to robust safety management practices. He expressed hope that, through careful analysis of this exercise, the emergency response plan can be continuously refined, further elevating the overall capabilities of the emergency rescue team.
