On November 5, the company organized a "Huazhu New Materials 2020 Fire Safety Basics Training" session for management personnel at the team leader level and above. The training was led by Wang Hao, a safety officer from the Safety & Environmental Protection Department. Deputy General Manager He Zhenjian and Assistant to the General Manager and Head of the Safety & Environmental Protection Department, Chen Zhihui, attended the event. 。
During the training, Wang Hao comprehensively and vividly explained fundamental fire safety knowledge—covering topics such as "the concept and classification of fires, the essential conditions for fire combustion, how to use fire extinguishers, organizing responses at a fire scene, proper procedures for reporting a fire, the responsibilities of enterprise-based volunteer fire teams, and the four key capabilities in firefighting." He combined textual explanations with visual aids like images and real-world case studies to provide a detailed and engaging overview of fire basics, effective fire escape techniques, and basic fire suppression skills.
After the training session, Chen Zhihui also engaged in on-site interactive discussions with the participants, addressing practical issues from both production and daily life, which effectively reinforced and enhanced the training outcomes.
