Recently, the company’s trade union was honored by the Chaoyang City Federation of Trade Unions as the "Model Workers' Home of Chaoyang City for 2019-2021," recognizing its employee-care initiatives and pragmatic, down-to-earth work approach—qualities that have further enhanced the company’s reputation and positive public image.
Since its establishment, the company’s trade union, under the firm leadership of the Party branch, has remained closely aligned with the core objective of driving business growth and development. Upholding a philosophy that prioritizes development, places employees at the heart of our efforts, emphasizes grassroots engagement, and embraces innovation as its guiding spirit, the union has continuously explored new approaches and put them into practice—deepening its work on building exemplary "Model Employee Homes." Guided by the principle of "sincerity in listening to employees' concerns, meticulousness in understanding their situations, empathy in offering guidance and support, patience in persuading and educating, impartiality in addressing challenges, and genuine care in resolving their difficulties," the union has consistently shown deep concern for employees’ professional and personal lives. Through a variety of engaging cultural and recreational activities, thoughtful holiday greetings, heartfelt visits to employees facing hardships during Spring Festival, and meaningful initiatives like "Sending New Year Wishes," the union has seamlessly integrated its patient and attentive approach into daily operations. This effort not only conveys the company’s heartfelt care and support for its workforce but also helps maintain employee stability while strengthening the organization’s sense of unity and collective purpose. Currently, one employee has been honored with the title of Chaoyang City Labor Model and has even established a city-level Innovation Studio dedicated to labor excellence. Additionally, another employee has earned the prestigious Chaoyang City May Day Labor Medal, while three other employees have received the Chaoyang County May Day Labor Medals.
The company union will continue to strive forward, steadily improving the "Workers' Home" initiative, further strengthening communication between management and employees, as well as between the Party and the workforce.
