On January 10, the "HuaZhu and HuaXiang 2021 Year-End Performance Review Meeting" was held in the company's auditorium. The Chairman Yang Hui Attending the meeting and delivering a speech, the General Manager Shi Yan Conduct a comprehensive work summary. Nearly 80 functional staff members and employee representatives attended the meeting.

This meeting served as a self-reflective session to "summarize experiences and identify areas for improvement," as well as a mobilization event aimed at "strengthening confidence and planning for the long term." The goal was to further enhance the company’s operational management capabilities and bolster its ability to tackle challenges and crises. During the meeting, 26 senior and mid-level managers delivered performance reports, sharing insights on key milestones achieved, standout achievements and lessons learned, existing issues along with corrective measures, their 2021 work plans, and suggestions for the company’s or their respective departments’ future growth—all grounded in practical work scenarios. Attendees then provided anonymous, on-the-spot ratings for each presenter.

General Manager Shi Yan The summary briefly highlighted the key achievements of each department and workshop from the previous year, as well as the company’s notable accolades. It also outlined priorities for 2022 across seven critical areas: 1. Strengthen budget management and rigorously control expense spending; 2. Fully advance process and IT-driven management initiatives; 3. Accelerate the development of foundational systems and ensure robust implementation of internal controls; 4. Intensify efforts in safety, environmental protection, and energy consumption management; 5. Foster a strong sense of crisis awareness and proactively prepare for potential challenges; 6. Vigorously boost R&D activities to enhance the company’s core competitiveness; 7. Launch a decisive sales campaign to secure strong performance in the coming year.

Chairman Yang Hui We thoroughly affirmed the General Manager's work summary, the strategic vision for the coming year, and the performance reports submitted by the 26 management personnel. Drawing on market demands and the industry's current realities, we have made preliminary arrangements for the 2022 production and business plan, focusing on two key areas: output and output value. Additionally, we outlined three key expectations for next year’s efforts: 1. Strengthen team spirit and foster unity across the organization, addressing weaknesses while building on existing strengths—ensuring that everyone diligently implements their commitments as outlined in their individual reports. 2. Encourage full staff participation to refine performance metrics and make every effort to reduce production costs. 3. Shift from a reactive approach to proactive measures, placing greater emphasis on solidifying the foundation of safety and environmental protection initiatives.
