On the afternoon of November 17, 2021, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized functional managers and selected employees from production workshops to conduct fire safety training and drills at the east gate of the Finishing Workshop.

To enhance fire safety awareness among all employees, ensure timely and effective implementation of emergency rescue measures, and actively respond to the national call for Fire Safety Day on November 9, we will promote the philosophy of "Prioritizing Fire Safety, Protecting Lives." The Safety and Environmental Protection Department has requested that relevant personnel from all departments and workshops participate in the drill. The main focus of this drill was on identifying, maintaining, and properly using firefighting equipment. Wang Hao, a safety specialist from the Safety & Environmental Protection Department, provided an on-site demonstration covering the types, specifications, models, label information, pressure gauge recognition, and daily maintenance procedures for the company’s fire extinguishers. Meanwhile, the company’s emergency response team conducted a hands-on demonstration of how to use the extinguishers. Following the training session, participants were divided into groups to practice operating the fire extinguishers themselves. This drill significantly enhanced employees’ firefighting knowledge and their ability to respond effectively to emergencies, further strengthening the company’s safety protocols. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure the highest possible level of protection—both for the lives of our employees and the safeguarding of company assets—in the event of an actual fire.

Disasters are merciless, yet life is priceless. We hope all employees firmly embrace the safety mindset that "safety lies in adhering to regulations, prioritizing everyday prevention, practicing self-protection, cultivating a love for learning—and, above all, staying calm under pressure." The Safety and Environmental Protection Department emphasized that it will continue to conduct emergency drills—combining both regular and ad-hoc approaches—to effectively strengthen every employee's safety awareness and ability to protect themselves. Only then, when an actual incident occurs, can we respond with confidence and composure.
